Who has the password?
Can you work with devices I already own?
Often. Send the make and model before the survey so compatibility and installation requirements can be checked.
Will I need a subscription?
Some products charge for recording, storage or additional features. Those costs are identified before you choose a device; they are not included in the installation price.
What if the Wi-Fi does not reach?
Connectivity is checked as part of planning. A network improvement or a different installation approach may be needed and would be priced separately.
Who controls the camera account?
You do. Accounts should be created in your name with your credentials. The handover covers access and day-to-day use without keeping your personal password.
