FAQs

Keep resetting it?

Can I book an emergency electrician here?

No. Voltline is a fictional portfolio demo and its call-out flow is illustrative. For a real fault, contact a qualified local electrician; do not rely on this website for attendance.

Is the call-out price the repair price?

No. The example price covers attendance and the first diagnostic hour. Any further labour or materials would be explained and agreed separately.

Should I keep resetting a tripping circuit?

A repeated trip needs investigation. Do not repeatedly reset it or remove covers to look for the fault. Arrange an assessment by a qualified electrician.

What information helps before a visit?

Your postcode, which circuits are affected, when the problem started and whether there is heat, smoke or damage. Never touch damaged equipment to collect information.
