FAQs
Will the dimmer behave?
Can I supply my own lights?
Yes. Share the product details before buying so suitability, installation requirements and dimmer compatibility can be checked.
Can you add lights to the garden?
Yes. The design considers the outdoor environment, cable route, protective arrangements and where light is actually useful. Groundwork is agreed separately.
Will my existing dimmer work with LEDs?
Not always. The lamp, fitting and dimmer need to be compatible. We check the specifications before promising smooth dimming.
Will new cables be visible?
We discuss the available routes before quoting. Concealed wiring may involve lifting floors or opening walls; surface routes may be more practical in some spaces.
