Before you explore

A few useful answers.

What are the coaching routes?

Foundation builds a repeatable routine. Strength gives your gym time more structure. Flexible makes room for changing commitments.

What does the week planner calculate?

It adds the training blocks you select, a 10-minute review and a 15-minute planning block. It displays a sample calendar and the weekly time total. The numbers describe time, not expected fitness results.

What happens when I complete the application?

Your choices appear in a four-line summary, with a link to the route that matches your focus. You can go back or start again.

Are my choices saved?

The planner and application keep their state only in the page’s JavaScript memory. They do not write choices to cookies or browser storage and do not send them to a server. Reload to clear them.
