How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for up to 12 months if a project does not proceed. Client records, contracts and invoices are retained for up to 6 years after the end of the business relationship to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Information is securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

Calendly LLC
This data processor does the following activities for us: Calendly provides appointment scheduling and booking services. It collects and stores information submitted by prospective clients, including names, email addresses, business details, project information and booking preferences, so they can schedule discovery calls with DivveFlow.
Webflow, Inc.
This data processor does the following activities for us: Webflow provides website hosting, content management and website infrastructure for DivveFlow. It may process technical information about website visitors, such as IP addresses, browser information, device information and server logs. If Webflow forms are used, it may also process information submitted through those forms.
Sharing information outside the UK
Where necessary, our data processors will share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
